Mechanic I

Should possess a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job and will work under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. Will be responsible to help maintain and service mechanical equipment, machinery, and components. When required, will perform skilled repair of mechanical, electrical, and building systems and equipment. Conducts periodic inspections to evaluate requests for repair. Identifies parts needed for replacement and places orders as necessary.
