The Role: Customer Support Assistant

• Hours: 8:45am – 5:00pm, Monday to Saturday (with one set day off during the week)
• Location: Working in our offices at 288 House, Poole (except for Saturdays which will be remote)
• Salary: £25,848 per year

• This role is designed as a stepping stone into our Customer Services Advisor position .
• ⭐ After 6 months, you will progress into a Customer Services Advisor role , where you’ll further develop your skills and take on additional responsibilities.
