Job Description

  • Manage and coordinate daily administrative activities, including office supplies, facility maintenance, and vendor management.
  • Supervise a team of technical staff, including scheduling, performance management, and training.
  • Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to optimize workflow and efficiency.
  • Oversee the preparation and submission of reports, budgets, and other administrative documentation.
  • Act as a liaison between various departments for administrative and technical support requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and relevant industry standards.
  • Identify and implement technological solutions to improve administrative processes and technical support.
  • Handle general HR-related administrative tasks, such as onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
  • Manage and track departmental budgets and expenses.
  • Organize and coordinate company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.

Job Requirement

  • Diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in administrative management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Proven experience in managing technical teams and administrative functions.
  • Strong understanding of administrative best practices and office management systems.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Basic AutoCAD knowledge
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and safety standards.
  • Experience with budget management and financial reporting.
