DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work an assigned customer collection portfolio;
- In-bound and out-bound calls;
- Record customer payments;
- Answer general questions;
- Other duties as assigned.

- Technical or Vocational degree or equivalent work experience
- Associate’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- Master’s Degree or equivalent work experience
