Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Create and maintain BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Conduct requirement workshops and solution design discussions.
• Perform impact assessments for regulatory, product, and system changes.
• Act as a liaison between business, technology, and testing teams.
• Support end-to-end project delivery through Agile and SDLC methodologies.
• Collaborate with architects and developers to ensure solutions meet business objectives.
• Facilitate UAT, production deployments, and post-implementation support.
• Drive requirement sign-offs and manage stakeholder communications.
• Support multi-country and large-scale payment transformation initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with global banks or payment networks.
• Knowledge of Visa, Mastercard, or other card scheme processes.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) certification preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
