- Host client feedback and user testing sessions to gather input and validate design proposals.
- Contribute to the evolution of Nasdaq's design system and help define the UX strategy and vision for the platform.
What You'll Bring
- A degree in Interaction Design or equivalent practical experience in UX/UI design.
- Proven experience designing websites or digital products, with a strong UX/UI portfolio.
- Hands-on experience with Figma or a comparable design tool.
- Familiarity with user research methods such as wireframing, personas, user journey mapping, and usability testing.
- A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively within cross-functional, agile teams.
Nice to Have
- Experience in financial services or designing products for external enterprise customers.
- A good understanding of web technologies and what's technically achievable in product development.
