Senior Training Analyst - Chakan

Training Analyst creates, plans, and provides training for the new product programs. They help design and develop training materials, such as lessons, assessments, and visual aids, to help associates learn and understand the material. They collaborate with stakeholders, and subject matter experts, maintaining up-to-date course content and track associate progress.

• 5 To 7 years of experience managing people.
• 2+ years’ experience with Data Center related architecture, electrical and thermal systems, safety and security and all related procedures.
• Knowledge about traditional and modern training methods and techniques
• Knowledgeable about learning management systems, instructional design and e-learning platforms
• Ability to handle multiple assignments and assess and analyze data
