JOB SUMMARY

Job Summary

Builds and maintains individual AI agents and agent components under the guidance of senior engineers, focusing on tool integration, prompt-to-action pipelines, and testing of agentic workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain AI agents using established frameworks (e.g., LangGraph , LangChain , Semantic Kernel, custom orchestration layers).
• Integrate tools, APIs, and data sources into agent tool-use pipelines.
• Write and maintain unit/integration tests and evaluation harnesses for agent behavior.
• Debug agent failures, hallucinations, and tool-call errors; document root causes and fixes.
• Support senior engineers in deploying agents to staging and production environments.
• Follow secure coding, data-handling , and model-usage standards.

Required Qualifications

• 0-3 years of software engineering or ML engineering experience.
• Working proficiency in Python (or similar) and REST/ GraphQL API integration.
• Basic understanding of LLM concepts: prompting, embeddings , tool/function calling.
• Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD basics.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science , Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on exposure to an agent framework ( LangChain , LangGraph , AutoGen , CrewAI , or similar).
• Exposure to building or configuring agents/plugins on Microsoft 365 Copilot (Copilot Studio) and/or Anthropic Claude (API, Claude Agent SDK).
• Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate , pgvector ).
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
