Continuous Improvement Senior Analyst

Drive a culture of operational excellence by leading Lean, 5S, Kaizen, and Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives across the plant. Manage cost-saving projects, support strategy-aligned improvements, and administer the employee suggestion scheme. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams (Production, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, HR, EHS, Finance), support Vertiv Operating System (VOS) deployment and sustainment, ensuring alignment with global standards and capability assessments.
