Supervisor Manufacturing Engineering

The Supervisor, Manufacturing Engineering is responsible for leading a team of Manufacturing Engineers to develop, implement, standardize, and continuously improve manufacturing processes. This role provides technical leadership to production operations, supports new product introductions (NPI), drives productivity, quality, safety, cost reduction, and capacity improvements while ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational excellence initiatives.
