Supervisor Production- Rigging Loading

As the Production Supervisor – Shipping, Receiving & Loading, you will lead the daily operations of our shipping and receiving team, ensuring the safe, accurate, and efficient movement of materials and finished products throughout the facility. This role is responsible for supervising employees involved in loading, unloading, staging, inventory movement, and shipment preparation using overhead cranes, forklifts, and other material handling equipment. Partnering closely with Production, Planning, Logistics, Warehouse, and Quality teams, you will ensure customer shipments are completed safely, accurately, and on schedule while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
