Supervisor Production- Rigging

At Vertiv, we build the critical infrastructure that keeps the world's data centers running. As the Production Supervisor – Rigging & Mechanical Assembly, you will lead the daily operations of our Rigging department, supervising a team responsible for assembling, moving, and preparing large-scale mechanical systems used in our modular data center solutions. This role combines hands-on technical leadership with people management, requiring the ability to read and interpret blueprints, support mechanical assembly and rigging activities, and drive safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery. Partnering closely with Engineering, Planning, Materials, and Quality, you'll help resolve production challenges, improve processes, and develop a high-performing team.
