Sub Teacher Short Term

Short-term substitute teachers serve one or more days at a time when teachers are absent from school. Responsibilities include:
Cover assigned teacher's classroom and non-classroom responsibilities
Report student attendance to the main office
Monitor and ensure student safety at all times
Provide instruction based on lesson plans left by the teacher
Supervise recess and/or lunch duty according to teacher's supervision schedule
Collect and secure assignments to be graded by the teacher

Requirements

• Minimum of 60 credit hours from an accredited college or university
• All employees are required to consent to a background check, commit to our Code of Conduct policy, and complete online and in-person trainings prior to hire.
