People & Culture Coordinator (Talent & Learning)

Under the supervision of the People & Culture Manager, the Talent & Learning Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and implementing the Country Office's talent development, learning and performance management initiatives. The role supports the design, delivery, and monitoring of learning programs, talent development activities, performance management processes, staff engagement initiatives, efforts to build organizational capability and foster a culture of continuous learning, accountability, and high performance.
