People & Culture Officer

The People & Culture Officer is responsible for supporting the full spectrum of P&C functions and ensuring smooth and compliant P&C operations across the organization. This role covers recruitment, onboarding, learning and development coordination, performance management support, HR information systems, employee relations assistance, compliance, vetting checks, and general P&C administration. The position ensures all HR processes align with organizational policies, safeguarding protocols, and legal standards, while delivering high-quality support to staff and managers.
