Assistant Manager, GHR TA - BE, Analytics & Projects MY

This role is responsible for driving recruitment analytics, reporting, project management, and business insights to support Talent Acquisition operations. It ensures the accuracy of recruitment data, delivers timely management reports and dashboards, coordinates TA initiatives and projects, analyses hiring performance and trends, and provides strategic insights to improve recruitment effectiveness. The role also supports key initiatives such as the Contingent Workforce (CW) RFP, ensuring effective governance, stakeholder coordination, and project delivery.
