About The Role
The SIOP Manager will lead the Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning process to drive alignment between commercial forecasts, operational capacity, inventory levels, labor requirements, and financial targets. This role will partner closely with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Engineering to optimize production flow, maximize capacity utilization, and proactively identify constraints as the business scales into Aerospace, Automotive, and other growth sectors.
