- Interacts with customers via telephone, email, online chat, or in-person to provide support and
information on an assigned product or service.
- Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers' problems and concerns.
- Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries,
complaints, or comments.
- Oversee the full spectrum of the (pre)order to cash process including emergency and escalation
handling, invoicing, and dispute management.
- Assess customer needs to ensure satisfaction while actively participating in continuous
improvement efforts.
- Engage in first-line escalation management and coordinate logistics seamlessly.
- Forge strong connections with internal and external stakeholders, providing detailed information to
patients and healthcare providers as applicable.
- Performs other Customer Service related duties as assigned
