Entertainment Creative Manager

The Creative Manager is responsible for the ideation, development, and delivery of high-quality, immersive entertainment offerings across [insert park/property name] and/or Miral Experiences Shared Services. This includes seasonal events, live shows, walk-around characters, and guest experiences. The Creative Manager ensures that all creative content aligns with brand/IP guidelines, artistic goals, and strategic business objectives.

This position collaborates closely with internal departments (Production, Technical, Casting, Operations, Events, and Marketing) and external stakeholders (including IP owners and third-party vendors) to drive innovation, maintain show integrity, and deliver world-class entertainment experiences.
