Lead - Reactor Island

The Lead Engineering – Reactor Island will be responsible for engineering management, technical integration, and design oversight of all Reactor Island systems for nuclear power projects. The role will serve as the focal point between technology suppliers, Owner's Engineers, EPC contractors, regulatory agencies, and internal project teams to ensure safe, compliant, and timely engineering delivery of the Nuclear Steam Supply System (NSSS) and associated safety-related systems.

The position will support the Head – Nuclear Engineering in establishing engineering excellence, maintaining design integrity, ensuring regulatory compliance, and enabling efficient project execution across all phases from technology selection through commissioning and operational handover. This role is aligned with AAEL's objective of building internal nuclear engineering capability and progressively strengthening design ownership.
