Assistant Machine Operator

We are seeking motivated team members to fill three Machine Assistant positions within our converting operations. Open positions include:
Two (2) Automaton/Laminator Assistants (one day shift and one night shift)

One (1) Rotary Die Cutter Assistant

These positions provide an opportunity to support production operations while developing skills across multiple manufacturing processes.

Supports machine operators in the safe and efficient operation of manufacturing equipment by performing quality inspections, material handling, setup assistance, preventive maintenance activities, and production support functions. Ensures products meet quality standards while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Must comply with all applicable GMP, Site Security, Safety, and Food Packaging Defense requirements referenced in the facility’s GFSI Food Packaging Safety Program.
