The Construction Fab Shop O&M Senior Team Member is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the fabrication shop's machinery and equipment, driving preventive maintenance strategies, and optimizing fabrication processes to meet project timelines. This role focuses on maintaining equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives while adhering to safety, quality, and compliance standards. The Senior Team Member works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of fabrication tasks, manage resources effectively, and implement cost-saving measures that contribute to overall project success.
