Pastry Cook - Hilton Anaheim

As a Pastry Cook, you’re not just preparing great tasting bakery and pastry items – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year in pastry with experience in cakes, production, decorating, shaping and baking bread as well as familiarity with plated desserts. Pastry/Culinary Degrees and prior hotel experience is a huge plus! Candidates must have excellent communication skills, high-volume production experience, the ability to read and follow written recipes and prior experience using commercial pastry equipment.

Schedule: must be flexible to meet business demands, shifts can be both AM or PM. Must be available to work weekends and holidays.

Pay Rate: $24.23-29.30/hour, prorated pursuant to the Union Contract
