Identity & Access Management (IAM) Analyst

The Identity & Access Management (IAM) Analyst I is responsible for supporting the secure and efficient management of user identities and access across VITAS systems. This role facilitates the user lifecycle process, including onboarding, access modifications, and offboarding, ensuring that employees have appropriate access to perform their roles while maintaining compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

Using strong communication, technical, and customer service skills, the IAM Analyst I acts as a liaison between IT Helpdesk, Human Resources, hiring managers, and business units to ensure timely and accurate access provisioning. This role supports Active Directory as the system of record and Okta as the single sign-on (SSO) platform, contributing to the protection of sensitive healthcare data and supporting VITAS’ mission of delivering compassionate end-of-life care.
