Flex Security Officer, $22/hr, 24/7 Availability Required

We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Flex Security Officer to support client sites throughout Central Massachusetts. In this role, you will help maintain safe and secure environments by conducting patrols, monitoring premises, responding to incidents, and providing exceptional customer service. This position requires complete 24/7 availability, including all shifts (days, evenings, overnights), weekends, and holidays, as schedules and work locations vary from week to week. Candidates must have the flexibility to work any assigned shift and location as needed. Prior customer service experience is required, and previous security experience is strongly preferred.
