• Maintain in excellent shape the mechanical equipment of the plant. Provide maintenance predictive and corrective. Maintain of all plant equipment.
• Improve Security through the application of LOTO procedures.
• Performs improvements on the preventive maintenance 
• Develop and/or modify descriptive letters of courses teaching
• Use standard formats to audit the autonomous maintenance done by operators.
• Give training to operators to improve the effectiveness of autonomous maintenance.
• Directs and monitors the activities of the external contractor that performs the report for predictive maintenance.
• Attaint all the GMOC principles with direct and indirect actions.

Participate in Risk Assessments

• Participate in EHS suggestions program
• Participate in  EHS obsevations program
• Implement and maintain security policy, health and environment at work.
• To support the committees in identifying risks and environmental aspects.
• Participate in Training program.
• Identify training needs in safety, health and environment.
• Train your staff in procedures and instructions.
• Define corrective and preventive actions.
