Are you ready to shape the future of sustainable living and smart home energy? As our Principal System Product & Strategic Partner Manager, you will drive the expansion of the Bosch Home Comfort Electric Solutions partner ecosystem and lead our cross-product system solution roadmap.
- Pioneer and expand the Bosch Home Comfort partner ecosystem, building long-term, high-value strategic alliances with external partners.
- Define, validate, and execute a visionary cross-product features and system solution roadmap for Heating, Building, and Energy technologies.
- Drive digital business models, leveraging Cloud-to-Cloud interfaces (APIs) and implementing robust SaaS monetization strategies.
- Integrate physical appliances with leading external smart-home and energy-management networks and ecosystems.
- Collaborate closely with system engineering and international sales teams to scale our joint ecosystem offering globally.
- Conduct strategic market research and trend forecasting to benchmark Bosch systems against industry and emerging competitors.
What distinguishes you:  
Education: University degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field (or equivalent practical/professional experience).
Experience: 3 to 5 years of professional experience in technical product management, system architecture, strategic business development, or partner management (ideally within the IoT, HVAC, energy, or smart home industries).
Know how
- Interconnected Energy Systems: Deep understanding of residential and commercial heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), building automation, renewable energy technologies (photovoltaics, battery storage, and smart grids), grid energy management.
- IoT & API Integration: Solid comprehension of software integration, Cloud-to-Cloud interfaces (APIs), digital platforms, and data communication protocols.
- Digital Monetization: Comprehensive knowledge of digital business models, software-as-a-service (SaaS) structures, API monetization strategies, and partner ecosystem economics.
- Market Analysis: Proven ability to leverage competitive intelligence and forecasting methodologies to identify emerging technology trends.
Languages
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken) are required.
- German language skills are highly appreciated
Working Style and Methods: A strategic and conceptual thinker who excels at turning complex integration challenges into clear business models, with strong analytical skills paired with a structured approach to negotiating and steering multi-stakeholder partnerships.
Personality: Comfortable interfacing confidently across multiple seniority levels, both internally and with external high-level strategic partners.
