About The Role

Provide on-site technical support for production lines, ensuring that PLCs, robots, and automation systems work reliably with minimum downtime;
Focus on troubleshooting, maintenance, and continuous improvement;
Diagnose and solve failures in PLCs, robots, sensors, drives, etc.;
Support production during incidents & reduce downtime;
 Analyze root causes and ensure permanent fixes;
 Modify PLC programs (logic adjustments, improvements);
 Adjust or reprogram robots for new requirements or optimizations;
 Improve cycle times or reliability;
Propose and implement process improvements;
Support line upgrades or changes;
Support operators and maintenance team.
Technician or Degree in Automation / Mechatronics / Electronics / Industrial Engineering
More than 2 years of experience in industrial automation;
Experience with fault finding in real production;
Experience in reading electrical schematics and wiring diagrams;
Experience in PLC programming with Nexeed Platform;
Experience in robot Stäubli programming;
Experience with Beckhoff´s PLC;
Experience in robot programming;
Fluent English;
Proactivity to act independently and flexible to adapt to different environments;
Good communication skills and ability to think analytically;
Able to work in cross-functional teams and international environment.
