Internship Coordinator

The Internship Coordinator supports the College’s mission of fostering student growth through experiential learning opportunities that connect academic study with career exploration and professional development. This position is responsible for developing internship partnerships, advising students throughout the internship process, and collaborating with faculty and campus partners to expand access to high-impact learning experiences. The Internship Coordinator also leads assessment efforts related to experiential learning, utilizing data and stakeholder feedback to elevate student learning, program effectiveness, and career readiness outcomes.

Working within a student-centered liberal arts environment, the Internship Coordinator helps students translate classroom learning into meaningful professional experiences while supporting institutional goals related to retention, career readiness, and postgraduate outcomes.
