Director of Development, Gift Planning

The Gift Planning team is responsible for supporting and collaborating with each college, unit, campus, and USF Health to leverage various giving vehicles that are advantageous for both donors and the university. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Gift Planning, the Director of Gift Planning is responsible for establishing and managing prospect and donor relationships through identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship to meet fundraising goals in alignment with the mission andaspirations of the University of South Florida. The incumbent will play a key role in the overall growth of private philanthropy in support of the university.
