Specialist - Purchasing

Performs complex procurement activities for the College, ensuring purchases comply with Illinois State Statutes, Board of Trustees policies, and College procedures. The role supports sourcing, bidding, contracting, supplier management, supplier diversity goals and reporting and surplus asset disposal. Provide Oracle procurement system support, including user training, testing, troubleshooting, and resolution of purchasing-related issues.
