IAM Senior Consultant (SailPoint) Dubai, UAE

We are looking for an experienced IAM Senior Consultant with strong expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM) and hands-on experience with SailPoint solutions. The role will be responsible for implementing, managing, and supporting IAM solutions in an enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support IAM solutions using SailPoint.
• Manage user identities, access rights, roles, and permissions .
• Configure and maintain SailPoint IdentityIQ .
• Support identity lifecycle management, including joiner, mover, and leaver processes.
• Implement and manage access certification and access governance processes.
• Troubleshoot IAM issues and provide technical support.
• Work with business and technical teams to define access requirements.
• Support IAM integrations with enterprise applications and directories.
• Ensure IAM solutions follow security and compliance requirements.
• Prepare technical documentation and support project implementation.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in IAM / Identity & Access Management.
• Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ .
• Experience in identity lifecycle management and access governance .
• Good understanding of authentication, authorization, roles, and access controls.
• Experience working with enterprise applications and directories.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with other IGA/IAM products .
• SailPoint certifications.
• Experience with enterprise IAM implementation projects.
