反应工是炭黑生产装置核心一线操作岗位，主要负责炭黑反应炉系统的转产和开停车操作、日常工况调控，公用工程区域的正常运行及现场5S，现场巡检作业和设备状态管控。

Job Requirements (Principal Responsibilities)

• 主要工作区域包括天然气系统、锅炉系统、反应炉系统、空压机系统及水系统等公用工程部分的日常巡检和操作；
• 对所负责的区域按照巡检要求进行日常巡视，检查设备的运行情况及工艺参数是否正常、稳定，对发现的日常情况进行处理、保修并及时汇报；
• 对在修理的设备需作好现场监护工作，并做好安全预防措施；
• 按照生产计划或是工作安排，进行生产线的开停车或转产的相关工作；
• 在出现紧急情况时要按照SOP的要求进行操作；
• 在夜班时要对原料油系统、污水系统进行巡检及日常的操作，及时汇报、处理异常情况；
• 作为所负责区域的直接责任人，确保工作区域的整洁；
• 对本区域内的维修等操作做好监督管理；
• 参加每月的安全会及每天的5分钟早会，对操作、安全等问题进行分享；
• 负责本区域内的添加剂的接收；
• 协助工艺工的操作；
• 有责任对日常工作程序提出合理化建议，持续改进；
• 有责任向相关领导反映真实情况及不符合要求的行为等；对发现的安全隐患应及时上报；
• 严格遵守公司的各项安全、健康、环保规定包括员工安全要求（责任）18条，协助组织有关安全、健康、环保的培训；
• 确保本职工作符合公司内控的要求。

Competencies (Knowledge, Skills and Behaviors)

• 善于沟通、具备较强的观察能力、应变能力，良好的心理及身体素质
• 熟悉化工生产的基本过程，有基本的化工生产经验；熟悉炭黑生产的基本工艺流程、熟悉本岗位的工作要求，并经过考核
• 熟悉受限空间、挂牌锁定、管线断开等安全程序，日常工作许可证的检查；设备锁定的要求
• 有厂区内铲车驾驶执照
• 有良好的环境整洁意识, 有安全生产的牢固概念

Education/Experience

• 相关专业高中（包括中专技校）及以上学历
• 有化工相关生产经验
