Senior Supply Planner

Job Summary: The Senior Supply Planner is responsible for supply planning and logistics across the InP supply chain, coordinating production between internal fabrication sites and external contract manufacturing partners in Asia. This role owns supply planning and schedule execution for assembly, bar fabrication, die fabrication, and test operations, ensuring alignment between demand, capacity, materials, and manufacturing execution.

As a senior individual contributor, this role serves as a key partner to operations, engineering, and business teams, and is an active participant in the company’s Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) process—translating business priorities into executable supply plans, providing supply and capacity input, and supporting demand‑supply balancing across the planning horizon.
