RESPONSIBILITIES

• Unterstützung bei allen operativen HR Aufgaben von der Einstellung über die Betreuung bis zum Austritt der Mitarbeitenden
• Aktive Mitarbeit in den Themenbereichen Soziales und betriebliches Gesundheitsmanagement sowie im Personalmarketing (Recruiting-Messen, Veranstaltungen etc.)
• Mitwirkung bei den laufenden HR-Projekten

REQUIREMENTS

• Studium der Betriebswirtschaft, Management und Personalwesen, Psychologie, Sozial-/ Geisteswissenschaft oder einer vergleichbaren Studienrichtung
• sicherer Umgang mit MS- Offi ce Programmen (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• sehr gute Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
• Selbstständiges, strukturiertes Arbeiten und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
• Teamorientierung und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
