Consultant for the revision of Morocco's NAP (National Adaptation Plan)

Category and fee model: Category B Individual Consultancy, output-based and payable through multiple instalments upon IOM's written certification of satisfactory delivery. The 30-day allocation is for work planning and cost estimation only; it does not create a daily-fee entitlement.

The consultancy will provide specialized technical support to the Department of Sustainable Development of the Ministry of Energy Transition and Sustainable Development (MTEDD), notably the Directorate of Climate and Biodiversity, and to IOM Morocco. The consultant will build on the documented outcomes of the national workshop held from 29 June to 1 July 2026 and translate them into technically sound, operationally feasible and institutionally implementable contributions to the revision of Morocco's National Adaptation Plan (NAP).
