What You’ll Do

• Identify and engage prospective clients
• Advise customers on insurance options that fit their needs
• Sell and cross-sell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance products
• Build and maintain client relationships through excellent service
• Achieve personal sales goals and support our agency’s growth
• Organize and track leads with CRM software

What We’re Looking For

• At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or insurance (preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Comfortable making outbound sales calls
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and eager to learn
• Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license preferred, or willingness to get licensed
• Bilingual abilities are a plus
