Assembler Production

Essential Duties

• Work effectively in a team environment
• Must be able to perform all work allocated
• Must be able to work from blueprints, process sheets and/or instructions.
• Must be able to read a tape measure and have basic math skills.
• Must be able to work with minimum supervision

• Need 1 person with Light Welding experienence.
• Need 1 person with PDI experience.
• Need 1 Person with Lamination experience.

• Experience with general assembly
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Computer and organizational skills
• Goal orientated and motivation to achieve tasks within set timelines
• Previous experience with 5S and lean manufacturing would be considered an asset.
• Time management and thoroughness

PHYSICAL ACTIVITY/ REQUIREMENTS: This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling and climbing all day. Must be able to lift and/or move items over 25 pounds.
