RESPONSIBILITIES
TALENT SOURCING & OUTREACH
- Proactively identify and engage qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, and direct outreach
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective talent
- Cultivate relationships with candidates, ensuring clear and ongoing communication
CANDIDATE SCREENING
- Conduct initial phone screens and evaluate candidates for suitability
- Assess candidate alignment with position requirements, culture fit, communication skills, and motivation
- Efficiently move qualified candidates through each stage of the interview process
PIPELINE & PROCESS MANAGEMENT
- Accurately track candidates using CRM and recruiting tools
- Manage interview scheduling and facilitate coordination with leadership
- Ensure consistent follow-up to keep candidates engaged throughout the process
RECRUITING SUPPORT
- Learn and implement best recruiting practices from seasoned team leaders
- Monitor recruiting metrics, including call volume, interviews scheduled, and hires made

- Comfortable conducting outreach calls and establishing rapport with new contacts
- Able to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in sales, customer service, or recruiting
- Familiarity with CRM or applicant tracking systems
- Interest in recruiting, HR, or business operations
