ROLE OVERVIEW

This role is responsible for the day‑to‑day processing and risk management of voluntary corporate action instructions across US and Canadian markets. The successful candidate will execute and control client and firm elections, ensure accurate and timely instruction into local markets, and manage risk through disciplined adherence to controls, escalation, and issue resolution. The role requires strong technical expertise, sound judgment under tight market deadlines, and close collaboration with global partners and client service teams.
