About The Role

Replacement after an exit at the Isbergues Research Centre to drive the development of new products for Aperam Stainless Europe. This position is the technical engine for several large-scale projects in various sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Designing new stainless steel nuances and monitoring industrialization trials.
Leading R&D projects in a matrix organization, ensuring the delivery of technical milestones for strategic partners (e.g., ThyssenKrupp Nucera).
Managing research equipment and supervising research technicians.

Evaluating resources and communicating results to R&D program managers.
