About The Role

Strong experience in cost estimation and preparing project BOQs & quotations
Ability to analyze drawings, specifications, and project requirements accurately
Experience in coordinating with procurement, suppliers, and subcontractors
Solid knowledge of pricing, cost control, and market rates
Ability to prepare technical and financial proposals
Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
Proficiency in Excel and AutoCAD (Primavera is a plus)
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
Experience: 5–10 years in estimation/tendering within construction companies (mandatory)
Strong knowledge of BOQs, pricing, and cost estimation
Ability to read and analyze drawings and specifications accurately
Good command of English (written and spoken)
