About The Role

Review and study project documents including drawings, specifications, BOQ (bill of quantities), RFI (Request for Information), and correspondence to ensure all project details are considered.
Coordinate with other trades (architectural, MEP, structural, etc.) to ensure smooth workflow.
Perform technical calculations related to HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
Conduct calculations, including load and energy analysis, and achieve necessary approvals.
Perform site visits to assess the progress and quality of mechanical works.
Manage the installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems.
Prepare as-built drawings for project records.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
3 - 6 years of experience in the mechanical engineering field, preferably in technical office roles.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
Familiarity with local and international codes and standards.
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure effectively.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
