About The Role

Workster is partnering with a leading international customer experience provider to recruit a French-speaking Travel Advisor for a dynamic Lisbon-based team.

In this role, you’ll deliver high-quality travel support and personalised service to French-speaking customers, handling bookings, enquiries and modifications while promoting relevant travel products and creating memorable travel experiences.

Your Role

  • Provide exceptional customer service in French for inbound and outbound enquiries across phone, email and chat
  • -
  • Assist customers with flight, hotel, transfer and package bookings, including changes, cancellations and special requests
  • -
  • Advise customers on travel requirements, visas, insurance and destination information to ensure smooth travel experiences
  • -
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell ancillary services such as upgrades, seat selection and travel insurance
  • -
  • Manage booking systems and third-party supplier platforms accurately and efficiently
  • -
  • Handle complex itineraries and resolve service issues or disruptions with professionalism and empathy
  • -
  • Keep customer records and booking notes up to date in the CRM and reservation systems
  • -
  • Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely fulfilment and service recovery when needed
  • -
  • Meet individual and team KPIs for quality, efficiency and customer satisfaction

Your Qualifications

  • Native or C2 level French (spoken and written)
  • -
  • English at B2 level or higher
  • -
  • At least 1–2 years’ experience in travel customer service, reservations or a related role is preferred
  • -
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
  • -
  • Ability to work accurately under pressure and manage multiple enquiries simultaneously
  • -
  • Familiarity with GDS or online booking tools is an advantage
  • -
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle service disruptions calmly
  • -
  • Comfortable using CRM and reservation systems; proficient with standard office software
  • -
  • Eligible to work in Portugal and able to commute to the Lisbon office as required
