JOB DESCRIPTION

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Ticket Management:
  • o Monitor and manage incoming support tickets related to the iTRAC application.
  • o Prioritize and categorize tickets based on urgency and impact.
  • o Collaborate with users and stakeholders to gather necessary information for issue resolution.
  • o Ensure timely updates and communication with users regarding the status of their tickets.
  1. Batch Stream Management:
  • o Oversee the scheduling and execution of batch jobs within the iTRAC application.
  • o Monitor batch job performance and troubleshoot any failures or delays.
  • o Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure that batch processes run efficiently and meet business requirements.
  1. Light Coding:
  • o Perform light coding tasks as needed to enhance application functionality or resolve issues.
  • o Collaborate with development teams to implement changes and improvements to the iTRAC application.
  • o Document code changes and maintain version control as required.
  1. Manual Validations and Reconciliations:
  • o Conduct manual validations of data and processes within the iTRAC application to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • o Perform reconciliations between different systems and data sources to identify discrepancies and
  • resolve them promptly.
  • o Generate reports on validation and reconciliation outcomes for review by management.
  1. Collaboration and Communication:
  • o Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business units, to address application-related issues and enhancements.
  • Provide training and support to end-users to maximize the effective use of the iTRAC application.
  • o Participate in regular meetings to discuss ongoing projects, ticket statuses, and process
  • improvements.

Key Requirements

  •  Able to work until 9:00 AM PST two times a week.
  •  Some Production Support Experience
  •  Some SQL and light development experience
  •  Good communication Skills
  •  Good documentation Skills
  •  Able to work within a team
  • Nice to have

Experience with Jira, ServiceNow, Autosys, MFT

Required Qualifications

Graduation: B Tech
