BASIC FUNCTION

Provide direct support to the Purchasing department and responsible for a variety of reporting, analytical and tactical purchasing related functions Work closely with buyers /planners in appropriate Rehlko oversea plants to ensure that changes in SAP are communicated timely with China supplier bases, EDI champion of China export suppliers, c oordinate with local vendors to ensure proper handling and OTD on time shipments. TCO owner to complete the cost analysis of bulk cargo shipment, consolidate the bulk cargo shipment in result of the reduce of outbound freight,. Direct involvement in Supplier Performance Management, familiar with Purchasing process and procedure, supplier portal and supplier platform.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Forecast obtaining and coordination with local vendors for material preparation
2. Follow up with orders to ensure proper handling and on time delivery
3. Shipments consolidation, freight analysis, reduced the impact of out-bound freight
4. Third party warehouse program management
5. Provide training and instruction to China suppliers on exist and new add specification, such as package, EDI, OMB etc
6. China supplier delivery performance tracking and escalation
7. Assist in the preparation and analysis of supplier requests for proposal (RFP). Gather relevant data, drawings and specifications. Prepare and evaluate quote summaries.
8. Prepare monthly purchasing and supplier management metrics reports and dashboards. Be able to identify and correct data errors.
9. Project management – tracking of tooling, samples, and PPAP completion to help keep projects on schedule.
10. Purchasing order creation for China selling Engines & Components
11. Supply contracts maintenance, prepare and distribute supplier scorecards
12. Manage and monitor monthly raw material surcharge processes and reports.
13. Maintain tooling usage and replacement reports
14. Maintain required Purchasing Policy compliance reports in accordance with department and corporate procedures
15. Any other assignments arranged by department supervisor/manager.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Financial or Logistics
• 0~3 years working experiences in global industry environment company
• Familiar with MRP,SAP background is prefer
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin.
