About The Role

Full-time, Belgrade office, Bulevar Milutina Milankovića 1ž

We are the one if you like

  • shaping digital customer journeys end-to-end, not just “making screens look nice”
  • turning complex telecom products and systems into simple, intuitive digital experiences that customers can navigate in just a few taps – even at 11 PM, on a slow connection, stressed
  • working on key digital touchpoints: website, self-service app, checkout flows, onboarding, service and retention journeys
  • treating product design as a strategic discipline, not a visual service – combining UX research, data, product thinking and visual craft in your everyday work
  • being embedded in an agile, cross-functional team with product managers, developers and QA, shipping real things in short sprints, without a handoff culture
  • making decisions based on evidence – from usability tests and interviews to conversion funnels, drop-off rates and post-launch analytics

You are the one if you have

  • experience shipping complex digital products end-to-end (ideally in e commerce, finance or telecom), with strong opinions on what makes a digital experience genuinely good
  • the ability to move fluently between design craft and product thinking – you’re as comfortable in Figma as you are in a stakeholder meeting
  • practical skills in:
  • o end-to-end product design (discovery through delivery)
  • o user research and usability testing
  • o mapping user journeys and designing user flows
  • o working with and contributing to a Figma-based design system
  • o Agile / Scrum ways of working (sprints, ceremonies, backlog refinement)
  • o drafting or working from PRDs, user stories and acceptance criteria
  • o data informed design – using qualitative and quantitative insights to guide decisions
  • a strong mobile-first mindset and awareness of accessibility standards
  • experience with stakeholder presentations and the ability to clearly explain your design rationale
  • working level of English and motivation to shape the core digital channels of a large telco through design
  • at least 3 years of experience in this role

Peek into the team

We are building a Digital Touchpoints team that owns every customer-facing digital surface: the website, the self-service app, the checkout flows and the onboarding experience product-designer-job-ad.html. Our goal is to build the digital layer that millions of customers use every day – from acquisition to onboarding, from self-service to retention – and turn a complex telecom system into something a customer can navigate in three taps.

You’ll be embedded in a cross-functional team alongside product managers, developers and QA – working in short sprints, shipping real features, and owning the design quality of what goes live. This is not a handoff role. You’ll be shaping strategy, writing user stories, running usability tests, contributing to the design system and presenting directly to senior stakeholders.

You will own product design across the full lifecycle for your touchpoints and

  • define and maintain a clear product vision for your area, grounded in business strategy and channel objectives
  • own and prioritise a design and research backlog, writing user stories, acceptance criteria and PRDs in collaboration with PMs and engineers
  • plan and conduct usability tests, customer interviews and prototype evaluations to keep decisions evidence-based
  • identify friction, unnecessary complexity and cognitive load in existing journeys – and design simpler, better alternatives
  • facilitate sprint ceremonies, backlog refinement and design reviews; contribute to estimation and scope decisions
  • actively maintain and contribute to the shared design system, including documentation and component governance
  • present product thinking, research findings and design rationale to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
  • monitor post-launch performance through analytics – conversion funnels, drop-off rates, session data – and act on what you learn
  • coordinate with external agencies, research vendors and development partners when needed
  • mentor junior and mid-level designers, sharing both design craft and product management adjacent skills across the team product-designer-job-ad.html

Why will you love it here?

1 day home office

Although the team is based in Belgrade, you’ll have the possibility to work from home one day a week, balancing focus work, collaboration and creative time

Flexible working hours

We work in two-week sprints with clear goals and short feedback loops, but you organise your own day within agreed frameworks – whether you need deep focus time for design or more collaboration for workshops and reviews.

Culture of appreciation and recognition

As a Product Designer in a core digital team, your work is visible. You’ll have direct access to leadership; your work is presented, reviewed and credited – not buried in a Confluence page product-designer-job-ad.html, and you’ll be recognised for the impact you have on both user experience and business results.
