About The Role

The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.

Responsibilities

General Purpose: Under the direction of leadership, is accountable for provision of competent direct patient care based on established standards. Contributes to unit activities and supports enhancement of the care delivery system at the unit level. Supports peers in the delivery of patient care services and assumes an expanded role which may include charge nurse, preceptor, and committee member responsibilities.

C aring for adult and pediatric patients undergoing life-saving therapeutic plasma exchange, red blood cell exchange, and stem cell and T-cell collections for our Stem Cell Transplant & Cellular Therapy Program. This highly autonomous, procedure-focused role offers a specialty pay incentive, a primarily weekday schedule with limited on-call responsibilities, and comprehensive training for motivated nurses interested in developing expertise in this advanced specialty. Ideal for nurses with strong critical thinking, IV skills, and an interest in technical, machine-based therapies similar to dialysis or ECMO, this position also offers opportunities for leadership through interdisciplinary collaboration. Candidates must have at least one year of acute care nursing experience. This is an opportunity to join a small, expert team delivering life-changing therapies each day.
