Senior DevOps Engineer

Role Responsibilities

We're looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our highly skilled technology team and play a key role in building, optimizing, and securing our software delivery processes.

In this role, you'll collaborate with Development and Infrastructure teams to design and implement scalable DevOps solutions, improve deployment efficiency, and ensure the reliability of our delivery pipelines.

• Design, build, and maintain automation tools for application build and deployment processes.
• Coordinate DevOps practices and initiatives across Development and Infrastructure teams.
• Architect and manage CI/CD pipelines to support reliable and efficient software delivery.
• Verify and control code promotion across environments, ensuring deployment quality and compliance.
• Maintain and manage process documentation, including procedures, instructions, and operational guidelines.
• Partner with Infrastructure teams to ensure environments are properly configured for deployments.
• Ensure Segregation of Duties (SoD) across source control, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes through role-based access controls and approval workflows.
• Define and enforce Git repository standards, branching strategies, and semantic versioning practices aligned with the application lifecycle.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and propose automation enhancements to development teams.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on delivery automation, Docker orchestration, and operational efficiency.

Role Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or currently pursuing a degree), and/or 3+ years of experience in a Corporate IT environment.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps tools such as Azure DevOps, GitLab, CloudBees, Checkmarx, SonarQube, and Spinnaker.
• Intermediate or advanced English level.
• Experience with Kubernetes infrastructure and related tools, including Ansible, Terraform, Rancher, and Prometheus/Grafana.
• Knowledge of DevOps frameworks and ITIL practices.
• Development experience with scripting and programming languages such as Shell/Bash, Python, JavaScript, and Java.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.

Work Shift
