About The Role
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Implement and manage mid to large company programs.
- Design and implement new programs.
- Ensure leadership, coordination, and execution of program improvements.
- Create and lead a productive, harmonious team (if applicable).
- Partner with managers on strategic planning efforts.
- Provide performance data, analysis, manage program milestones, and document project activities.
- Understand. Create. Simplify.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in program administration and implementation
- Proven ability to manage project teams, develop and initiate actions, work independently, and accept ownership for achieving results associated with assigned accountabilities
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills
- Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities
- Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
- Background check results satisfactory to SEL
- Negative drug test result(s)
